The customer was thinking of importing large equipment and machinery from China, and we considered a request ranging from arrival at Port of Nagoya to delivery to the factory and installation. There were many issues as we were handling large equipment and machinery.

Would it be possible to arrange and implement delivery, unloading at the factory, and final installation? Also, since it was being installed on the upper floor and not the first floor of the factory, how should it be installed? Although there is a freight elevator in the factory, it could not be used due to the size and weight.

Under such conditions, we were asked to consider a feasible method.

Firstly, we obtained detailed information on the size, weight and shape of the large equipment and machinery. Next, we consulted with partners such as carriers and machinists (local factory installers).

In addition, we went to the factory, inspected the site, and considered various measures. As a result, we were able to determine that there was no problem with transportation and unloading at the factory site.

For the problematic bringing in and installation on the upper floor, we judged it would be effective to bring the equipment in through the outer doors of the upper floor of the building. As a result of proposing and explaining all of the processes to the customer, we were able to obtain approval, and implementation was determined.

Before implementation, we had detailed meetings with the customer and prepared work processes in line with the safety measures at the factory. When taking the equipment in on the day, as we were using large, heavy machinery, etc., we observed work processes and worked prioritizing safety.

As a result, we were able to bring in and install the large equipment and machinery without any big problems. The customer praised us highly for completing the entire process of transportation, delivery and installation in the designated locations safely and smoothly.
