There has been a shortage of space on export ships due to various factors such as soaring marine freight charges, container shortages and delays in ship schedules. The customer was unable to make bookings (of shipping space) according to their desired schedule and could not ship as planned.

If they continued production as planned it would have been difficult to secure storage space for products in their own factory, and it was possible it would overflow. Because of that, while they carried out container packing at their factory, they asked us if we had a good solution.

It is assumed that the difficulty of booking space for exports will continue for a while. Meanwhile, the customer’s production and transportation plans are unchanged. As they need to secure storage space outside their own factory, we proposed the use of our bonded warehouse. They pack the products for export that are difficult to store at their factory in export form and we store them temporarily until they can get space on export ships.

Once the export schedule is determined, our warehouse carries out all export work from container packing on so that the customer can produce as planned while considering storage space at their own factory.

By using our warehouse, they no longer have to implement production while considering the space in their factory. This has enabled stress-free production planning and the continuation of container packing work as usual at the factory.

In addition, by using our bonded warehouse, which handles import and export cargo, we have also been able to increase trust in us through the safety of our warehousing and container packing, and reliable product management.
